The 12,000 BTU unit can serve a space 450 to 550 square feet, and the 18,000 BTU air handler can serve a space 700 to 100 square feet. Providing you with your ductless heat pump needs, some MRCOOL packages come with up to 5 air handlers attached to one condenser.
